PRODUCT FAIR


Printmaking-related products and supplies will be displayed by manufacturers and dealers in the ground-level Radisson Hotel New Orleans Exhibition Hall.  The Product Fair will open on Thursday April 4th at 8am and conclude on Friday April 5th at 4:00pm.  The Product Fair will not take place on Saturday to allow people to attend events and exhibitions in the Arts District and enjoy other events and tours in the city. Product fair set-up will take place on Wednesday April 3rd from 2pm to 4pm.

Vendors wishing to participate will need to register for the conference like all other attendees.  Vendors will be provided a single, eight foot table, which they will need to staff during the conference.  Vendors will be provided one table per registered company representative.

We regret that the Radisson does NOT accept shipments. Should you need to make arrangements for shipping materials to New Orleans for the conference we have made special arrangements with GES Exposition Services, 3515 Conti Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119.  Vendors attending the conference are responsible for making their own arrangements with GES Exposition Services. There are several sponsorship opportunities for vendors at the conference, including receptions and the Saturday night party. Sponsors will e recognized in the conference program through advertising. For more information  contact Beauvais Lyons.
