PRODUCT FAIR SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

To assist vendors the Print Gumbo conference has made special arrangements with 
GES Exposition Services. We regret that the Radisson Hotel New Orleans does 
NOT accept shipments.  GES will deliver materials to the Radisson Hotel Exhibition Hall in time for set-up (2pm) on Wednesday April 3rd.

Prices for material handling for exhibitors are as follows:
As needed Advance shipments to GES warehouse  $60.00 - straight time Per 100 weight 
As needed Special Handling  $73.75 - straight time Per 100 weight 
As needed Small package  - under 100lbs,  $30.00, 1st Package 
Additional package  $10.00 Each 

Note: All prices listed above are based on straight time labor costs. Moreover, if all small packages combined is over 100lbs total, the cost will be at the per hundred weight rate.

Advanced shipments must be into warehouse no later than 7 business days prior to show (Monday March 25th, 2002).  Small packages must be into warehouse 72 hours prior to show (Friday March 31, 2002).
