IPCNY New Prints: Selections from Somewheres & Nowheres

Concourse Gallery, University Center, UT Campus, March 1-31, 2015

International Print Center New York (IPCNY) will be presenting Somewheres & Nowheres: New Prints 2014 at the Concourse Gallery, The University of Tennessee, from March 1 – March 31, 2015. These fourteen works were originally included in Somewheres & Nowheres: New Prints 2014/Autumn selected by Nicola López and shown at IPCNY’s Chelsea gallery in Autumn, 2014. The original exhibition consisted of fifty projects by fifty-four artists and was selected from over 4,000 prints.
Somewheres & Nowheres: New Prints 2014/Autumn was the forty-ninth presentation of IPCNY’s New Prints Program, a series of juried exhibitions organized by IPCNY several times each year featuring prints made within the past twelve months. Each of these exhibitions is selected by an independent jury sorting through thousands of submissions ranging from self-published artists to international print workshops and publishers. These shows bring to the fore new trends, talents and techniques in the field of contemporary printmaking. No submission fee is required and IPCNY offers three Calls For Entry a year for New Prints exhibitions.
