BOXED LUNCHES:
Boxed lunches will be available for purchase at the time of registration. We highly recommend taking advantage of the boxed lunches available Thursday and Friday, in order to not miss out on any of the days events.
All boxed lunches come with a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a cookie.
THURSDAY BOXED LUNCH OPTIONS:
Turkey SandwichTurkey and Harvarti Cheese with Cranberry Chutney and Lettuce on Honey Wheat Bread
Ham Sandwich Ham and Swiss Cheese with Lettuce on Kaiser Roll
Vegetarian Sandwich Grilled Squash, Zucchini, Onions , Red and Green Peppers with Aioli on Whole Wheat
Vegan Salad Roasted Vegetable Salad with Mixed Lettuces and Olive Oil (Also Gluten Free, will come with a vegan/gluten free cookie)
FRIDAY BOXED LUNCH OPTIONS:
Turkey Sandwich Turkey and Monterrey Jack Cheese with Lettuce on 7 Grain Bread
Chicken Salad Croissant
Vegetarian Sandwich Tomatoes Roasted Peppers and Mozzarella on Ciabatta
Vegan Salad Grilled Portabella Mushroom in Balsamic Salad with Mixed Lettuces (Also Gluten Free, will come with a vegan/gluten free cookie)
OTHER MEALS
On Saturday at the Knoxville Convention Center, a lunch cart will be available to purchase sandwiches and snacks.
There are several restaurants in the area, including Market Square, the 100 block of Gay Street, and the Cumberland Ave. Strip.

SPHERE EVENTS AT THE PILOT LIGHT
For nearly 15 years The Pilot Light , at 106 East Jackson Street has been a small, but significant alternative performance and music venue in Knoxville's Old City, and a frequent haunt of UT Printmakers. Three nights of special events are planned. CLICK HERE for more information.
THE PRINTMAKERS' BALL
All registered conference delegates are invited to come to our closing event, the Printmakers' Ball, free of charge. This event will feature a buffet dinner, and performances by conference poet laureate, R.B. Morris, and the Lonesome Coyotes.
Attendees to the Printmaker’s Ball are encouraged to wear fun, festive attire. Supplies for colorful balloon-craft wear and other fashion accessories will be provided.
