Research Interests
Personal research and writing interests include but are not limited to four major areas: (1) job satisfaction, occupational stress, and job burnout; (2) disadvantaged individuals including the displaced, under-employed, or unemployed workers, individuals with disabilities, and individuals who must overcome class, social and cultural barriers to succeed in the workplace; (3) the development and motivation of professional and support staff; and (4) project management and program evaluation.
