  1. Develop policies to implement the recommendations of the Information Technology Task Force (Painter report) dated August 23, 200,
  2. Review and suggest improvements to policies related to electronically enhanced distance education,
  3. Bring key issues on teaching and learning with technology to the attention of the Senate.
