The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is a division of the Department of Health and Human Services. Their site concerning Women's Health contains dozens of links to press releases and reports on topics such as quality of health care for women.

American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG)
There is a wealth of information on this site, which includes a search mechanism that helps you find an ob/gyn in your area. There is also a comprehensive list of informational pamphlets that are available for order (first 5 are free), a bookstore, links to recent news releases, patient educational resources, and lots of information on women's issues.

Provides information on mental health. Although not targeted at a specifically female audience, contains a lot of information relevant to women. There are sources of information on a wide range of disorders and conditions, directories for therapists and treatment centers, news items, and a bookstore. Health Resources and Services Administration's Office of Women's Health
This U.S. governmental office coordinates women's activities across more than 80 HRSA programs. This office's goal is to "eliminate gender-based disparities, and ensure that all women receive comprehensive, culturally competent, quality health care." Their site provides links to their publications (including informative fact sheets) and news releases.

National Center for Health Statistics FASTATS on Women's Health
The NCHS is a division of the Center for Disease Control and provides a wealth of information regarding all areas of health. This link takes you straight to some statistics on women's health (leading cause of death for women, number of annual physician office visits by women patients, etc.), but click on the "FASTATS home" button, and you will be taken to an index of a multitude of topics on which you can get statistics. Excellent site for researchers.
