UT Women's Coordinating Council

The Women's Coordinating Council (WCC) presents programs on a variety of issues related to women. These programs are available to students, faculty and staff. The issues addressed include women's health, body image, gender and sexuality, sexual abuse and assault awareness, leadership development. WCC programs span a wide range of activities including speakers, entertainers, informal discussions and interactive workshops. Some recent examples include: Elaine Brown, Betty Degeneres, Patricia Ireland and Sara Weddington.
