I have just returned from the January Dean's meeting. The President reported that anticipated enrollment for the 2001/2002 academic year is down 29 percent. Each dean has been asked to prepare a list of steps that might be taken to make Hurstbourne University more attractive to prospective students. I need your help with suggestions of how the Libraries can contribute.

Please prepare for our February meeting a short list of the steps we might take to make the University more appealing to these prospective students.
