Workshops and Managerial Interventions
We believe there is great opportunity in the interaction with real managers,
with real businesses and organizations, working together with them to help
them address the unique challenges they now face.
This work is the best way we can try out and validate (or invalidate!) our
ideas. And it's an excellent way to learn from real managers. We need to
learn the best of what currently works, and to find out what is needed that
isn't currently available.
We live life on the edge between the university and the "real world"
of businesses and government. It's not always comfortable, but it's always
a learning experience.
