Newsletter

Welcome to Clinically Speaking, the newsletter of the University of Tennessee Clinical Psychology Program!

The primary aims for this newsletter is to provide information to current students, alumni, and faculty associated with the program and to facilitate a greater sense of a larger Clinical Program community. Many current advanced students are unaware of the focus of some of their classmates’ dissertation research or even which of their classmates defended their dissertations. Many advanced students do not know the first year students well. Alumni are interested in the internships of UT students, especially when they are geographically close to them. Alumni are also very interested to hear what their own classmates are doing (faculty and current students are also eager to hear what our alumni are doing and where they are doing it). We hope that this annual newsletter will help us remain connected to each other and knowledgeable about each other.

The secondary aims is to show prospective students more about our community in order to increase applications to our program and to increase alumni donations to the Department and the Clinical Program.
