KNOXVILLE, TN- The University of Tennessee Lacrosse team came
off of a two and a half week layoff to face the Bulldogs from the University
of Georgia. The Friday evening game on March 19th found game time near

Vols Pull Off Another Last Second Victory
KNOXVILLE TN, It had been two years sense Illinois had faced
Tennessee and the Illini traveled to the "Train Yard" hoping
to avenge their 7-6 loss. Unfortunately for Illinois the Volunteers had
other plans. With six seconds left Larry Tilley scored on a pass from
Aaron Wise to win 8-7.

chose four captains to lead them in the upcoming season. Chris Bicsak,
Gray Fuller, Brad Casacci and Chris Kirk. The team voted on the four captains

Breathes New Life Into Team
KNOXVILLE, TN- Coach Ed McGinely returned to the Vols squad in the fall
of 2003. He will provide a much needed boost for the Volunteers in 2004
season. “He brings to the table elements of the game which most

Lacrosse Sets Sights on 5th SELC Championship KNOXVILLE,
TN- The University of Tennessee lacrosse team brought its fall season
to a close last weekend. Although the official lacrosse season does not
begin until the spring, "It is a crucial learning time for the team,"
says Andy Frick, an assistant coach for the Vols.
