Fall Alumni Game

Thank you to all of the Alumni who came out for our Fall Alumni Game. While the OG's came from behind to win the annual contest 10-9, there is no doubt the Vols had their share of fun and laughter brought on by your effort toward a hard earned victory. We look forward to next year's contest which will be held on Friday, November 5th (Notre Dame Football Game Weekend).

Alumni e-Newsletter

The newest feature and benefit of being an Alum of the University of Tennessee Lacrosse team is the publication of the Alumni e-Newsletter. This will contain updates on the team throughout the year and will be published monthly during the Spring and Fall seasons.

Alumni Merchandise

The 2003 Fall Alumni Game brought a new tradition of an annual T-shirt to commemorate the game. These are still available for $5 in sizes L and XL. The 2004 Fall Alumni Game continued this tradition with T-shirts available in sizes L and XL for $15. As well, we still have the sale of previous years game jerseys. Please contact us for a list of numbers available or if you are interested in purchasing any items.

Updating and Registering Information on the Online Alumni Index

Please remember to update your information on the Online Alumni Index. In order for us to keep you up to date by e-mail or mail we must have your most current information. If you see that a former teammate is not on the Online Alumni Index please ask them to register so that we can have a better and more complete record of our lacrosse history here at the University of Tennessee.

The Formation of the Tennessee Lacrosse Alumni and the Online Alumni Index

Tennessee Lacrosse prides itself on its rich history that began back in the mid- 1970's. Back then of course, things were a little different but the goal of the organization was the same: making friends, building a team, and having fun. Now that the program has grown stronger and gained national recognition, Tennessee Lacrosse now has the resources and the desire to develop stronger ties to its founding fathers and any of those that helped make the program what it is today. For these reasons, a database has been developed to house information about the team's alumni including contact addresses so that the lacrosse team can both learn more about its past members and to keep the alumni informed about the latest developments at Tennessee.
