The VolCard Office is responsible for creating each student's, faculty and staff VolCard
ID, managing student accounts which can be accessed by the VolCard, and
managing accounts for the vending machines on campus.
Regular Office Hours:
Monday thru Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Extended Weekend Hours:
Friday, August 15 - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday, August 16 - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Sunday, August 17 - 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
Help Us Protect Your Identity
Students, Faculty and Staff
If your VolCard still displays your Social Security Number, bring your current card to the VolCard Office for a replacement at NO charge.
Faculty and Staff
If you would like your UT Personnel Number on your VolCard, bring your current card to the VolCard Office for a replacement at NO charge.
Remember
If you have changed
departments or have a title change, bring a memo from your department on UT Letterhead indicating your new information along with your current VolCard.
