Welcome to the VolCard Office

The VolCard Office is responsible for creating each student's VolCard ID, managing student accounts which can be accessed by the VolCard, and managing accounts for the vending machines on campus.

Regular Office hours: Monday thru Friday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Avoid the rush - Don't wait!
If you are a new or transferring student and have been admitted to UT, come by the VolCard Office anytime, at your convenience, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm to obtain your VolCard ID.
