Alpha Kappa Delta is an International Sociology Honor Society. Members are selected on the basis of superior scholarship and serious interest in Sociology.

Alpha Kappa Delta strives to promote the study of social issues and serve humankind, while at the same time providing an extracurricular outlet for students interested in the study of Sociology.

The UTK Chapter of Alpha Kappa Delta is accepting new members!

• One time $40.00 Membership Fee (lifetime membership and one year subscription to Sociological Inquiry)
• 3.0 GPA for Undergraduates and be a Junior with at least four completed Sociology courses.
• 3.5 GPA for Graduates and be enrolled in the Sociology Graduate Program and completed one semester of coursework.
