NOTE TO INTERESTED TEAMS:  In an effort to avoid blocking out quality teams from our tournament, admittance to our tournament will no longer be first-come-first-serve.  Preference will be given to teams who consistently attend the Hillbilly and/or Dogwood over newcomers, to university teams over open club teams, and to teams we feel will increase the competitiveness of the tournament over weaker teams and B teams.  Last year's Hillbilly champions are guaranteed a spot.  Teams admitted to the tournament are found on the above numbered list, while other interested teams (or teams that haven't committed 100%) should check back frequently (and check their email) to see if they are admitted.

ANOTHER NOTE: It has been brought to our attention that during the last few Dogwood Tournaments that there was some destruction that occurred in the Men's Locker Room. Tennessee Water Polo is not pointing fingers or trying to blame anyone or team, however we must take action. The body that governs our team and our tournaments was less than pleased and they have made it very clear that bad things are to come if the problem persists. Needless to say it is important that all teams and spectators involved in our tournaments are expected to treat our facilities with respect.

So, starting with this year's Hillbilly Classic, any team found disrespecting any University of Tennessee Water Polo Property will not be invited back to another Tennessee Water Polo function for a peroid of time to be determinded by the executive officers of Tennessee Water Polo Club.

ABSOLUTELY NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TOURNAMENT

Entry fee must be mailed to the address below by August 17th, unless your team has extenuating circumstances that have been worked out with Tennessee Water Polo in advance.  If your entry fee has not been received by this date, you will be dropped from our tournament.  Also, if you plan to withdraw from our tournament after this date, your entry fee will be forfeited.

We will not be able to accept any checks written any other way!!

All entries subject to acceptance by UT Water Polo Club. Once payment has been submitted AND you have received email confirmation of acceptance, your team's slot in the tournament is assured. Please do not send checks until you have received an email confirmation of your slot in our tournament.  Please email team rosters as soon as they are known as well as intent of participation to utpolo@utk.edu.
