If you are currently witnessing a crime call 911 from an off-campus phone or pay phone, or (865) 974-3111 to reach the UTPD dispatcher (4-3111 from a campus phone.)

Your report will be sent to us via our email address where it will be forwarded to the appropriate division of the Police Department for follow-up.
