LOST AND FOUND
Found property may be turned in at any time to the UT Police Department. Items may either be dropped off at the UT Police Department or you may contact UT Police Communications to request someone retrieve the found item from a campus location. Found Property may only be picked up Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (excluding Holidays or University Closing).
To inquire about a lost item, please contact us at 865.974.3114. You may inquire about an item 24 hours a day / 7 days a week; however, lost and found items can only be retrieved Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 pm (excluding Holidays and University Closing). Be prepared to give a description of the item, approximate date the item was lost, and general area of campus where the item might have been lost.
Found items turned into the UT Police department are kept for 30 days.
