9:00am - 11:00am: Kata Clinic
11:00am: Opening Ceremonies
11:30am: Competition Begins

ALL Competitors must pre-register
Weigh-in and Payment will run 8:30am - 10:30am on the day of competition.
All payments will be on-site via Cash, Check, or Credit Card through Square.
Participants will be required to weigh-in and sign waivers during the weigh-in and payment time.

Free Kata Clinic

  • There will be a free Nage-No-Kata clinic the morning of the event.
  • The clinic will run approximately 9am-11am.
  • Clinicians are Dr. Lisa Capriotti, Rob Guthro, and Michael Culley-Stahl.
