The annual UT Martial Arts tournament was a huge success. We would like to thank all the players, coaches, referees, parents, and everyone else that pitched in to create pool sheets, run tables, organize chairs and do everything else it takes to host a successful tournament. We could not do it with out assistance from everyone! Results and video clips from the tournament will be posted as soon as they are avialble.
We would like to extend a special thank you to the Arc Judo club for once again being a part of our tournament!

If you are a member of the Martial Arts club, please plan to help setup for the tournament on Friday evening and help work the tournament on Saturday. Contact Amy for more details.

The club is pleased to announce the addition of two new classes this fall. Isshin-Ryu Karate will meet on Tuesday and Thursday. Kendo will meet on Fridays. A class page for Kendo will be posted soon. Check the schedule for exact times.
Club dues are now $45 no matter what sports you choose to participate in. The $45 for the club allows you to participate in any or all sports we offer.
At this time, TaeKwonDo will not meet in the Fall (subject to change). The class will resume in the spring.

The UTMA Club will begin offering Isshin-Ryu Karate on Tuesday and Thursday in the Fall. The Taekwondo class will meet on Fridays. Check the schedule or e-mail the instructor for more details.

RecFest is Tuesday August 19th at 4:00pm in the T-Recs Plaza. We need as many people as possible from the club to attend. Please contact Amy or Evan for more information.

No Class Meetings the week of 4/28-5/2 due to exams.
Final club meeting of the semester will be Thursday 4/24 at 8:00pm in Studio 10.

The Arc of Cumberland County Judo Club sent a letter of thanks and a photo to Mike for inviting them to our tournament. A page has been added to the scapbook with the photo as well as a video of highlights from the demonstration.

The Martial Arts club was named the sports club of the month for December 2007. We would like to thank everyone for their hard work in representing this club and earning us this recognition!
