Most of the competition team was in York, PA to compete in Scholastic Nationals, but Jason Rieger, Evan Williams, and Amanda Rieger made the trip to Memphis to compete in the Annual Fraysers Judo Club Tournament. Jason competed in Masters for the first time. He won his first match and lost the next two to finish third in a 3-man division. In the Senior division, he won both of his matches to finish first in a 5-man division. Evan played well against the president of Tennessee Judo, but was thrown for two waza-aris. He won his next match with a pin, and was thrown for Ippon in his final match of the day. Amanda Rieger once again video taped the competition for us.
