Every year Zeta Tau Alpha participates in Panhellenic Recruitment. This is a time when Zetas have the opportunity to showcase their chapter and potential new members have the opportunity to explore greek life. Throughout the week, Zetas form relationships with potential New Members and show them what life as a Zeta has to offer. Recruitment is an intense and exciting time for everyone, and at the end of the week, all of the hard work pays off when Zeta receives her new, beautiful pledge class. Bid Day, is not only a celebration of Zeta’s New Members; it is also a celebration of the future of ZTA. The future success of Zeta Tau Alpha is reliant upon its New Members. It is up to them to uphold the outstanding legacy of Zeta Chapter. Zeta Chapter is one of the most successful recruiting chapters in UT Panhellenic.
