Anita Drever is an urban/population geographer. Her research agenda is driven by an interest in the forces that shape immigrant settlement patterns and the consequences these patterns have for the well-being of communities. She has researched these issues in Germany and well as in the American South, an area that has recently experience large-scale international migration. Anita Drever is currently a research affiliate with German Institute for Economic Research in Berlin.
