Academic Enrichment Upward Bound Program

To Apply for Staff or Educational Specialist Positions:
When there are full time vacancies in the Pre-College Programs, they
will be posted on UT's website for Human Resources at: http://uthr.admin.utk.edu
Also, most of the time these vacancies will be posted in the Knoxville
News Sentinel. These positions require a minimum of a Bachlelor's degree
plus experience. These positions will require that cover letter and an
application be sent to our office at:

Also, from September till May of each school year we hire individuals
to work as instructors/tutors in the following subjects math, science,
English, ACT prep, Computers, Spanish, and French. These positions are
part time with no benefits and they also require a minimum of a Bachelor's
Degree.
During the summer, we hire instructors to work up to 30 hours per week
during the 4 week residential component in the subjects listed above as
well. Also, we will hire 6 resident assistants each summer to live in
the dorm and participate in evening activities with our students. These
positions require someone who is a junior in college and is not taking
classes during the summer.
