GAME DAY SCHEDULE

11:30 – 12:30 P.M. Registration - Outside WJ Julian Bandroom

12:00 - 12:30 P.M. Percussion, Brass & Colorguard Check-out

12:30 P.M. Percussion, Colorguard & Majorette Rehearsal

1:00 P.M. Music Rehearsal - Band Room

1:45 P.M. Marching Rehearsal - Intramural Field

3:15 P.M. Rehearsal Ends
Equipment Truck departs for Stadium
UT and personal cases must be loaded on truck by individuals)

4:45 P.M. Alma Mater in the Bandroom

5:00 P.M. Assemble for March to Stadium

5:15 P.M. March to Stadium

7:00 P.M. Kick-off – UT vs. University of Memphis
(Assemble in Northeast Corner of the Stadium with 6:00 minutes left in the second quarter on the game clock)

Following Half-time, Turn-in Alumni Pullover, Flip Folder, and
UT Instruments at the Gate 21A Ramp.

GAME DAY DRESS (PLEASE NOTE!!)
Black Pants, Black Shoes, Black Socks
Each Alumni Band Member will receive a 140th Anniversary Shirt

INSTRUMENTS
University Instruments available for check-out -Percussion, Sousaphones, Mellophones, & Baritones only!

LYRES
You Must Bring Your Own Lyre!! We No Longer Have Surplus Lyres in Our Inventory.

PERFORMING
Only those alumni band members who attend rehearsal will be allowed to perform with the alumni band.
