Initial Certification: Post-baccalaureate candidates not holding a degree in mathematics must eventually complete at least 24 semester hours in mathematics to include 15 at the 300 level or higher....

If you are certified in another field: Complete 21 credits with at least 12 at the 300 level...

Including the following courses or their approved equivalents:

Math 323 Probability and Statistics
Math 351 Algebra 1
Math 371 Numerical Algorithms -- OR --

Math 401 Mathematics and Micro computers
Math 400 History of Mathematics
Math 460 Geometry
