Pamela S. Angelle, Ph.D.
Pamela is an Assistant Professor of Educational Administration and Supervision. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Louisiana State University in 2001. Prior to her appointment to the professorate, Dr. Angelle was a School Improvement Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Education where she assisted PK-12 schools in organizational change and improvement. She is a School Improvement Plan Inter-Rater Reliability Reader, a Southern Association of Schools and Colleges School Facilitator, and a School Accountability and School Improvement District Assistance Team Trainer. Dr. Angelle’s research interests include school effectiveness and school improvement, with a focus on the role of the instructional leader in school change. Her professional memberships include: American Educational Research Association (AERA), School Effectiveness and School Improvement SIG (AERA), Supervision and Instructional Leadership SIG (AERA), Southwest Educational Research Association (SERA), Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD), and Phi Delta Kappa (PDK).
