Advertising is being accepted for
the
Show Program book.
The program is 5.5 in. x 8.5 in.
format.
Rates start at $25
(Club members can
run
"hobby card" ads for $20)

Advertisers will receive two
free
passes to the show.
Print the Advertising Order Form
and mail the completed form with your camera-ready copy to the club

Deadline for submitting ads:
The deadline for
submitting
copy is May 1, 2007.
Please mail by April 27.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN
MIND:
- PLEASE protect your copy
from damage. I am not God, so I cannot miraculously rescue
damaged copy. Believe it or not, I have received artwork with
staples thorough the text and some that was folded and carried in a
wallet for several days. You could tell it in the finished book,
too!
- Artwork will be scanned and
scaled to
best fit the size ad you are requesting.
- Minor editorial changes can
be accomodated, but please limit it to things such as correcting the
area code, etc. Mark changes on a photocopy of your ad or on the
order form - NOT ON THE
ORIGINAL!
- DO NOT REQUEST MAJOR
WORK. I simply cannot take the time to rebuild your ad for you.
- You can submit a 3.5 inch
floppy diskette with your ad. I will accept Microsoft Word (97 -
2000) and the some graphics formats (gif, jpg, bmp, pcx, tif).
- Make a copy of the order
form and artwork for your tax records.
