EXPERIENCES IN INDUSTRY
Finished laboratory researches, industry-trial experiment and industrial production of OSB in China as one of the most important researchers. Now the Nanjing Forestry University serves as the primary technical resource for the Chinese OSB industry and the Ministry of Forestry.
Technology advisor (part-time) of Ziaozhang Wood-based Panel Co. Ltd., Shangdong Province, China, 1993-1995. Directed the producer to produce UF, PF ans improve quality of plywood and particleboard.
Technology advisor (part-time) of Nanjing Composite Material Factory, Jingsu Province, China, 1994-1995. Directed the producer to manufacture new products-Honeycomb Composite Products.
Working in Jianyou Wood Factory, Fujian Province for 4 months, March-July 1995. Directed the producer to build new OSB manufacturing line.
Working in Hainan Wood Factory, Hainan Province, 1994-1995. Directed industrial production experiments of the fire-proof particleboard in German particleboard line.
Design of drying kiln, Jiangsu Province, 1995.
Directed the factory to produce composite floor based on own patent, 1994-95.
Conducting field training in Yancheng Wood-Based Panel Plant, Jingsu Province for month, July-August 1994. Training 45 new operators.
Conducting field training in Shouguang Particleboard Plant, Sandong Province for 45 days, April-May 1993. Training 30 new operators in the Siempelkamp particleboard line.
