Services Offered by SSRI
We have the expertise and facilities
to support a wide variety of surveying. We provide mail surveys, personal
interviewing and telephone polling. SSRI maintains a 22-station CATI
(Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system, which allows us to
execute very complex survey research designs. Samples for telephone surveys
are generated using RDD methods to contact non-institutionalized
individuals. SSRI also maintains a CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal
Interviewing) system for conducting extensive face-to-face interviews in
the field. Finally, we have the space and resource availability to design
and execute large-scale mail surveys.
We are able to provide the full range of expertise with respect to survey
research. SSRI designs surveys, implements them, provides data analysis, and
generates reports for clients. Not all clients desire all services, of
course; therefore, we tailor our services to the specific needs of each
client.
