ELECTRON SOLID INTERACTION DATABASE

This database on electron solid interactions contains experimental results on Secondary electron yields for elements and compounds as a function of energy, backscattered electron yields for elements and compounds as a function of energy, stopping powers for electrons in elements and compounds, and experimental x-ray ionization cross-sections for elements as  a function of energy. The data covers 100 years of literature and is fully indexed to it's original publication.

The data is presented as a Microsoft Word document and is complete with the bibliography and an introduction.
