I don't know what else to say but Valentine's Day was amazing. I can't describe how much fun I had and how happy I was. The night before, I couldn't sleep. Not because I was excited but I just couldn't sleep. The next day I was tired just being in classes. I just wanted to take a nap. But when I got back from classes, I just chilled out and got ready around 5pm. We had dinner reservation at 6:30pm so that was why. Jon came to pick me up and he looked phenomenal. He was the most handsome man I've ever seen! He wore is sophisticated suit that he got not long ago and it was pretty sexy. Days before Valentine's Day, he had given me dozen, beautiful red roses but on Valentine's Day, he got me another present. We opened presents before we went to eat and he got me a nice picture frame with our names engraved. It says: "Meendy and Jonathan: Valentine's Day 2005". It was beautiful and seemed expensive. I couldn't get over how beautiful it was. I got him a wallet and a tie. I thought they were something he would like needed. It turned out that he got a new wallet already but he hadn't switch it out yet. I felt kind of bad but he might use it. I don't really know.

When we got to the restaurant, it looked really nice. We got seated right away and the service was good. It was kind of expensive. We each ordered food over $20. It's expensive to me anyway. He had some fillets and shrimps while I had some grilled fish and noodles. We shared a dessert together. It went great.

Later, we went back to the apartment and watched The Notebook. I don't know if he was honest but he said he loved it. Well, since he knew how much I love this movie, he couldn't possibly say he hated it. He was sweet to say that the couple reminded him of us because we fight a lot. It's a sucky reason but it was sweet in some way. It's one of the best Valentine's Days I ever had!

On to other things. I have two tests coming up this Tuesday. I'm not too happy. I also have a paper due next Wednesday. It's going to suck some major ass. Oh well.

That's it. Meesin checking out.

Last week was sort of okay I guess. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day so I'm very excited. I thought about getting some stuff done today but the only stuff I got done was my homework and test studying. Here's something that bothers, my favorite thing to do is just edit music videos with movie clips. I don't distribute the movie on the internet so I don't think it's illegal. Anyway, I haven't been able to get movies off the DVDs I want and it's getting on my nerves. I don't really know who to ask and when I ask Jon, he's gets all pissy because he doesn't really know how to do it. He really pisses me off when he does that. I know I'm a pain in the ass when it comes to getting what I want done. I can learn how to do these things myself but since I don't have a DVD drive on my computer, I need somebody else's computer to do it and it's a hassle. Oh well, whatever, I'll figure it out.

I personally don't like tests on Mondays. Speaking of school, I have a cool project I have to work on for my Spanish class. We have to make an American/Spanish menu for our class. I hope we will do good because I have massive ideas for it.

This weekend was plenty fun. Friday, we went to Josh's dinner party to celebrate his acceptance into the Air Force. Jon and I didn't make it to the private ceremony but we made it to dinner. His family was there and his close friends were there. I was the only person who knew him in the least amount of time. Probably in only a year. His other friends have known him at least four or five years. His parents were so nice and I could tell the they were so proud of him. They're still proud of him. He's one of those people that every parents what to have as a soon. How many parents can say "My son is going to be an officer and a doctor"? Do you know what I mean? They're great people. I have pictures from the event so I'll be posting them.

Saturday was weird. I woke up and went to Walgreens and then to the mall. I chatted up with Kristin a little bit. I asked her to come to an engineering mixer but I think she was really hesitant. She didn't end up going and I think she went out somewhere else. Jon and Andrew said she would have had more fun sitting around than going. What about me? They thought I would have fun. What? Is Kristin too cool for engineers and I'm not? What is THAT? Anyway, I thought it was okay. It was somewhat of a sausage fest. I mean, come on, engineers are mostly men anyway. The music was pretty weird. They played records (not CDs or tapes) that contain album cuts from the seventies. It was weird dancing to stuff I didn't know. They played "Drop It Like It's Hot" and that was it. But when the beers start to do the work, every nerd and their buddies start to dance. I danced but I was being REALLY goofy. I wasn't trying to look good at all. I have some pictures from that event too so I'll post them soon.

I watched some of the Grammies tonight and it was good. I liked the opening performance. Anyways, I'll be going now. I will write later.

That's it. Meesin checking out.

I'm very disappointed in my grades. I studied so hard on my psychology class but I didn't do too well. I didn't do well on my Spanish test either. I paid too much attention on the definitions and the conjugations. Silly me.

I had a lot of fun this weekedn. On Friday, I went to see The Odd Couple play with Jon, a couple of girls we know, and Josh. We all dressed pretty nice and well. Jon wore the tie I bought him and everything. Jon had to go an tell Josh that he looked like a fresh hatched baby bird because Josh has hair gel and everything. It was a little bit funny but I feel bad for laughing. Josh doesn't dress up everyday and it was nice that he did that. I forgot to take pictures but I think next week we all will be dressing up again. Oh, and the play was so funny. The cast were professional actors and the acting was extremely convincing. Great play.

On Saturday, we all went to the boys basketball game. I went with of course, Jon and also with Kristin, Andrew, Jessie, Josh, and a couple of the other guys. I'm glad I took some pictures of that event. Josh and Jon fought over the t-shirts they were throwing there too. I don't know why but there were claws and everything. Afterward, I so wanted to go karaoke but since there were guys there that would enjoy it, we ended up going to Applebee's for half-price appetizers after 10pm. We all sat there for 30 minutes before we ordered anytihng. I was being really silly by quoting a whole bunch of Napoleon Dynamite. Everyone thought the movie was stupid but they all laugh. That's all I did that night.

I've been working on Get In The Water DOT Com but not as much as Christy, the host. It's really fun. I'm excited about The Notebook DVD. I'm gonna go get it tomorrow!

That's it. Meesin checking out.
