Alumni Relations
The online newsletter for alumni and friends of the Epsilon Eta Chapter of Sigma Nu at the University of Tennessee can be found here.
During the past two years the chapter has made a renewed effort to bring brothers of Epsilon Eta back together. In April 2007 Sigma Nu held its 86th annual Founder’s Day celebration and Alumni Weekend. With more than 100 alumni and actives in attendance, this was the largest gathering in many years. Epsilon Eta alumni and active brothers enjoyed visiting and sharing Sigma Nu stories throughout the weekend. The weekend events included a Friday night celebration at Calhoun’s on the River and a Saturday morning golf tournament. The Founder’s Day festivities highlighted the weekend on Saturday evening at the Knoxville Convention Center. The evening included dinner and keynote speaker, Ted Zelski, EH 731. Tad offered tremendous insight into brotherhood in the ‘60s.
In September 2007, over 50 brothers stopped by the fraternity house before the Arkansas State game. Alumni brothers had the chance to show their families and friends the Sigma Nu house before a new house is built and enjoy a Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch.
