SGA Student Senate

What is Student Senate?

The SGA Student Senate represents students according to academic college and residency. Senators present legislation pertaining to issues concerning students. In the past, the Senate has encountered issues such as the student activities fee, parking, campus safety, cultural diversity and tuition increases.

The SGA Student Senate is composed of Academic Senators and Residential Senators. Both of these groups meet at the same time and vote on the same legislation. Please use the drop-down menu below to find the senators that represent you.
