In conjunction with the Medieval and Renaissance Semester, the Marco Institute will be offering several special courses open to students in any major:
- Art History 479: Sacred Beauty: A Millennium of Religious Art, 600-1600 (based on the McClung Museum exhibit of the same name); taught by Dr. Amy Neff, TR 11:10-12:25
- History 531/631: Jews, Christians and Muslims in the Medieval Mediterranean; taught by Dr. Thomas Burman, R 12:40-3:25
- History 531/631: Saints and Citizens: Piety and Politics in Pre-Modern Europe; taught by Dr. Robert Bast, R 5:05-7:45
- Musicology 410: Music, Poetry and Courtly Love in Medieval Song; taught by Dr. Rachel Golden and the Boston Camerata, MWF 1:25-2:15
