Description of Program:

This program focuses upon the use of photography as an artistic and archival medium with which to convey a thorough understanding of human-environmental relationships. It is accomplished through the study of foreign language and media arts and also through a combination of courses from the departments of environmental studies and anthropology.

Plans after graduation (career, graduate/professional school, etc.):

After graduation, I plan to pursue graduate studies in environmental anthropology at the University of Kent, the University of Florida, or the University of Hawaii. My ultimate goal is to work with an environmental organization to effectively promote environmental education and make environmental sustainability a realistic goal for this century.
