Supreme Court separation of powers jurisprudence" and
stripped the EPA of its ability to implement the Clean Air Act.

businesses and a blow to the EPA," said Tom Donohue,
president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. "Once again
the court agreed with American business that the EPA
standards were pulled out of thin air."
