What is the CEA?: The goal of the CEA is to foster friendship, interaction and promote Amtgard in the area, with the eventual goal of developing into a kingdom.

Joining the CEA?:Tentatively, Any Amtgard group in a state that touches Tennessee or Tennessee itself can join. To join, a group must vote to approve the measure by at least a 2/3 majority in an Althing. A majority vote in an Althing is also required to leave the CEA.

Authority:All decisions of the CEA are binding to its members. Areas of concern will be determined by the CEA. {Example: weapon standards, homogenizing rules clarifications, promoting intergroup travel, organizing demos and resolving intergroup disputes.}

Representation: Each group will have 1 vote in any CEA decision. Groups may determine their voting member in any way they choose. For ease and clarity, it is recommended that the monarch of a group be the representative of that group for the duration of their reign. A president of the CEA may be created to allow a single contact person, call items to vote and to break voting ties. {We may instead bring to vote to have representation based on group size, allowing baronies 2 votes and duchies 3 votes.}
