UT Sailing

The UT Sailing Club’s Learn to Sail Program has been around as long as the club itself. Our instructors are Level I certified by US Sailing and can teach anyone the basics of sailing in just a few lessons with no prior experience necessary.

Sailing is easy and fun, and those who complete the Learn to Sail Course often join our racing team. Come on out and sail!

Spring 2007 classes are on Thursdays at 4:00 pm at Concord Yacht Club. We usually try to carpool, so contact us if you need a ride. Our usual meeting spot is outside the Aquatic Center by the benches at 3:45.

What to bring: Swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt, sunglasses, sandals, sunscreen, a towel, and a rain jacket (just in case). Remember that anything brought on a boat is liable to fall in the water and get lost. Please don't bring items of value out on the lake.
