Our group applies theoretical and computational methods to investigate fundamental problems in cell biology and immunology. We study processes involving biochemical signaling networks, cell membranes, and the cytoskeleton, with specific interests including antigen recognition and lymphocyte activation, motor-driven transport of organelles, and membrane biophysics.
