Welcome to the Southeast Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program

The Southeast Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program (Southeast RCEP) resides at the University of Tennessee in the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling. The Southeast RCEP was established in 1974 in response to assessed learning needs of rehabilitation programs within the Southeast. Constituent states include: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Our Mission

The Mission of the Southeast RCEP is to provide high quality human resource development programs and strategy support to Southeast rehabilitation programs funded under the authority of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended.
