In November of 1999, Rachelle, her parents and I visited my brother-in-law and his then fiancée for their engagement party in Nyack, NY. This was my first visit to New York City.
The day after the engagement party, the six of us went into town. The highlight of this trip for me was visiting the Statue of Liberty.

We returned to the city the next day and visited Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. We also spent some time walking around Times Square. Other sights we saw were the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center (and the NBC Studios), Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall.
