Joseph: The View from Four / 06smiles

He is still a great helper in the kitchen, and has started to improve his technique: he rocks the knife back and forth instead of just whacking it like a hammer on whatever he’s trying to cut. His favorite dish to cook is tiramisu (I think he just likes saying “zabaglione”).
