Introduction

The purpose of this learning mini-module is to equip you, the learner, with the ability to properly use a fertilizer injector for your hydroponic system.

Using the Module

This module is written in such a way that the maximum benefit will be derived by you if you follow the module sequentially to the end. It is a module that builds first upon your knowledge of the basic parts of a fertilizer injector. After learning the basic parts you are ready to learn how to set-up and then calibrate the injector. And then finally, how to operate and care for the injector.

In this module, you will examine the DosMatic Advantage A30, a specific example of an injector that can be applied to other injectors in general. The idea is that if you learn some basic principles and concepts of a specific injector, they will flow over into other injectors in a general sense.

Included at the end of most sections will be self-quizzes to evaluate your grasp of the section. Additional materials and links are included in the resources section to supplement this module and to expand your knowledge base on injectors and hydroponics. In order to avoid getting lost in the module, at any time you may click on the index in order to expedite your journey.
