The Southern Association for Vascular Surgery (SAVS-L) Internet discussion group is designed to act as a forum for vascular surgeons, residents, students and other medical professionals to discuss issues and exchange information on an informal basis.
As in the case of all medical information outlets, extreme care should be taken to ensure patient confidentiality and to follow other rules of medical ethics. This is a closed (private) list so information exchanged on the SAVS-L should not be discussed outside the confines of the list. While lively debate is welcome, flaming is not. Those who persist in such behavior will be removed from the list. The listowners of SAVS-L make no claims as to the accuracy of information on the list and cannot be held liable for the contents.
To post a message to the list, send email to SAVS-L@LISTSERV.UTK.EDU with the subject of the message clearly identified in the subject heading.
