Welcome to the Food BioPolymers - Biophysics Lab in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As one of the three units of the Food BioPolymers Research Group within our department, our research area is Food Biophysics and Nanotechnology.

We are always recruiting outstanding graduate and post-doctoral students. If you are motivated, independent, and passionate about research in Food Biophysics and Nanotechnology, you already have the right ingredients to be a part of our growing Research Lab. Our interdisciplinary research projects can be tailored according to your background and research interest, and we welcome students with a background in food science, chemistry, chemical engineering, life science, or any alike.
