Prior to submitting a bid on any of the requirements listed on the Bid & Proposal Advertisement List, bidders not registered with the University must complete and submit an online bid request form to the UT Purchasing Office. (Note: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later is required to submit form)Failure to comply with the above procedure will result in rejection of your bid. All bids received from unregistered bidders will be either returned at bidder's expense or retained by the Purchasing Department.
If you are registered with the University, but did not receive a “Bid Alert Postcard” you need only to insert your bidder/vendor ID number & the collective number in the appropriate boxes and proceed with downloading the bid - see instructions on form. (Note: Adobe Reader 7.0 or later is required to download bid documents)

Yes No Any addendum to the listed RFQ/RFP/RFI documents will be posted on this website and is the bidder's responsibility to check to see if such documents were issued.
