in solidarity with UCW-CWA, PSA is able to help win
a significant pay raise for the lowest-paid UT workers.
Although it is not a complete victory, it is a significant
partial victory. And we continued to help change
the way the debate on raises is framed. This is the second
year in a row we have a achieved this type of victory
