Pre-Vet Association Meeting Minutes for 1/23/07

- First, we have decided we are going to take a trip to the Chattanooga Aquarium on Saturday February the 10th. It was estimated to be about 9 dollars per person for a group rate and tour, so plan around that amount for the cost. Also, we have around 10 going (as of the headcount) and more than enough drivers. **IF YOU PLAN ON GOING TO THE AQUARIUM ON THIS DAY E-MAIL THE ACCOUNT TO LET US KNOW!!!!** This way, we can get official numbers and start planning carpools.

- Our next meeting is scheduled for February 6th at 7 pm. We hope to have Dr. Shoemaucher come talk to us on this evening.

- New members will need to pay the $5 dollar dues ASAP. These can be given to Georgia and are due by our 3rd meeting (February 20th).

- We're still trying to figure out when we can try to have the Day with your Dog annual activities, so we'll keep you posted on what we figure out. We had hoped to do this in April, but the arena is booked all month long. We could do it in March, but the Open House is that same month. NEVERTHELESS, we will be having a general interest meeting for anyone with good ideas or an interest in getting involved with the event. This meeting will be held on February 13th at 7 PM.

- Finally, it looks like the T-shirt design that won was the fUTure veterinarian logo. Green won for the color and grey was next. Plan on letting us know your shirt size and who would like a shirt at our next meeting on Feb. 6th.
